Name: Spot Voice: Don Messick Profile: Penry's confident and friend and Hong Kong Phooey's faithful sidekick, Spot is in reality the brains of the outfit. Bored to distraction, his quick thinking and resourcefulness ultimately saves the day every time!

Name: Sergeant "Sarge" Flint Voice: Joe E. Ross Profile: Sarge is the grumpy Sergeant of Police Headquarters, fearful of the Commissioners inspection. He loves to give Penry the dirty jobs, but Penry messes most things up, so its Sarge that ends up in a mess!

Name: Rosemary Voice: Kathy Gori, Jean Vander Pyl Profile: The squeaky, whiney voiced Police precinct telephone operator. Her conversations provide Hong Kong Phooey with his criminal leads, and she is a huge admirer of the masked hero, little realising his true identity.
