Name: Top Cat "TC" Voice: Arnold Stang Profile: The indisputable leader of the gang, Top Cat is the sharp talking alley cat able to keep one step ahead of the law. Known as TC to his friends, he resides in a dustbin, where he gets as much sleep as he can. Relaxed and confident, he longs to live in the lap of luxury.

Name: Choo Choo Voice: Marvin Kaplan Profile: The wide-eyed and polar-necked Choo Choo is TC's right hand man, sorry, right paw cat! Top Cat often calls him "Chooch" and he is the tallest of the gang.

Name: Benny The Ball Voice: Maurice Gosfield Profile: Well-meaning, loveable, cute, short, cuddly Benny The Ball wouldn't hurt a fly. He may have short legs, but he can keep up with the rest of the gang when they need to flee Officer Dibble.

Name: Spook Voice: Leo de Lyon Profile: Spook bares more than a passing resemblance to Fancy Fancy, in fact, only their scarves and fur colour appear to be different. His beatnik / hipster leanings and 'hep talk' make him one cool cat...

Name: Fancy Fancy Voice: John Stephenson Profile: A tomcat with a reputation with the ladies, Fancy Fancy is rarely short of female feline company. Next to TC, he's the coolest cat on the block with a smooth talking repartee. The Cary Grant of the gang.

Name: The Brain Voice: Leo de Lyon Profile: Despite being named 'The Brain', this poor old cat is far from genius, in fact half-sharp would be a compliment! Brain is the only one of the gang with a watch, but sadly, he is not able to tell the time yet!

Name: Officer Charles Dibble Voice: Allen Jenkins Profile: The local beat cop, who's always on the lookout for Top Cat and his gang's latest scam. Despite being very strict and fierce with them, he is in fact a friend to all the gang.
